By accessing or using Stratis Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Important Notice

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our wallet or related services.

2. Description of Services

Stratis Wallet provides a secure, user-friendly interface to store, send, receive, and manage your Stratis (Stratis) cryptocurrency assets.

Secure Wallet Storage

Stratis Wallet offers secure storage for your Stratis coins and tokens directly on the Stratis blockchain, protecting your assets with advanced cryptographic technology.

Sending and Receiving Stratis

Easily send and receive Stratis and other supported tokens with fast transaction processing and clear confirmations.

Transaction History & Balances

Track all your transactions and view your wallet balances in real-time, with detailed history accessible anytime.

3. User Accounts

To use Stratis Wallet, you may create an account or wallet address. You are responsible for securely managing your private keys, passwords, and any credentials related to your wallet.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information if required for account creation

Maintain the confidentiality of your private keys and credentials

Notify Stratis immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws when using the wallet

Note

Stratis does not store or have access to your private keys; therefore, it cannot recover your wallet if credentials are lost.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Stratis Wallet for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

X Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illicit financial activities

X Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the wallet or related infrastructure

X Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

X Using the wallet for activities that infringe intellectual property rights or cause harm to others

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Stratis Wallet, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Stratis or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratis shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Loss of cryptocurrencies or tokens due to user negligence
Unauthorized access to your wallet
Service interruptions, errors, or failures
Any third-party services or integrations
